Casey Hatch is standing trial in the 2020 deaths of 39-year-old Marie Bourque and her 12-year-old daughter Ski Smith. Prosecutors say Hatch set fire to the Dobbertine Road home in which Bourque and Smith died. Hatch has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.
