'Touch A Truck' coming to Lake Charles

LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) - The Junior League of Lake Charles is hosting a 'Touch A Truck' event this weekend.
According to event details, children need unrestricted play for healthy, cognitive development.
At the 'Touch A Truck' event, construction, public service, emergency vehicles will be available for kids to learn about safety and the people who serve our area.
The event takes place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, at Chennault International Airport.
Admission is $5 per person and allows all day access. The event is free for children 2 and under.
Refreshments will be available for purchase.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Junior League of Lake Charles.
