LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) - Patricia Bulber was honored Saturday at Cirque de la Symphonie, presented by the Lake Charles Symphony.

Lake Charles Mayor Randy Roach proclaimed July 11 as "Patricia Bulber Day" to honor her dedication to music education and excellence for over 60 years.

Bulber is the widow of the late Dr. Francis G. Bulber, who died in 1992 and after whom the Bulber Auditorium at McNeese State University is named.
