Local politicians back Sen. Mary Landrieu in re-election bid

LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) - Senator Mary Landrieu picked up a few more endorsements Wednesday.
Several local politicians said they're backing Sen. Landrieu for re-election, including Lake Charles Mayor Randy Roach, State Representative A.B. Franklin, DeQuincy Councilwoman Andrea Coleman, and Cameron Parish District Attorney Elect Jennifer Jones.
Landrieu is seeking a fourth term and is being challenged by Republican Congressman Bill Cassidy and Tea Party candidate Colonel Rob Maness.
The election is November 4th.
