He averaged 18 points, 10 boards, and two and a half blocks a night as the Pokes reached the Southland Conference tournament for the first time in four years. Kennedy's scoring efficiency was notable as he shot nearly 68 percent, which placed him second in the entire country.

The St. Louis track and field star won the Division II title as a junior and is currently ranked as the top thrower in the state and second in the nation with a distance of 185 feet and four inches.

Jinks was Fairview’s top scoring threat and was named the Most Outstanding Player in Class B after averaging nearly 18 points per game during the state tournament.

Senior forward Alona Gray put together two of her best performances of the season in the state tournament, averaging 14 points and 9 boards while shooting 53 percent from the field, helping lead the Lady Gators to their first state title in program history.
