Max graduated from the University of Miami in May 2022 with a B.S. in Meteorology, and minors in Broadcast Journalism and Mathematics. While at school, worked at UMTV, the campus TV network, where he presented and edited weather broadcasts for two of the shows, NewsBreak and Canescast.
He was also a part of the University of Miami chapter of the American Meteorological Society.
Max is originally from Greenwich, Connecticut. He loves to go fishing with his family and friends during the spring, summer and fall.
His interest in the weather dates to a young age. He learned how to read by watching the Weather Channel and reading forecasts off the TV. Various blizzards and experiencing Hurricane Sandy in 2012 furthered his interest in the weather to the point he wanted to study and pursue it as a career.
Max is excited to experience Southwest Louisiana and surrounding areas.
In his downtime, Max enjoys fishing, watching the New York Giants and the New York Yankees (sorry, not sorry), throwing the baseball and football around and being with friends and family.
He is excited to continue his passion for fishing in Southwest Louisiana and explore what the area has to offer.
