Andrea was born and raised in the Buckeye State, growing up in Columbus, Ohio. Her love for journalism began in high school for her school's news show. She then followed that passion to Ohio University where she double-majored in communications and journalism.
At Ohio University, she reported, anchored, and produced at her school's station. She also wrote digital news content for WOUB and feature stories for a campus magazine.
Andrea loves helping tell the stories of her community.
Andrea enjoys spending time with her 100-pound dog, Bentley. The pup loves to swim and go to the park with his mom. Andrea and Bentley are quickly adapting to Louisiana.
