Lake Charles police responded to shooting on 5th Avenue

LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - The Lake Charles Police Department is currently working a shooting on 5th Avenue.

According to police spokesman Capt. Kevin Kirkum, one person is dead and multiple are injured following the shooting.
