NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Taysom Hill left the Saints game against the Panthers early with an injury. Today, we learned it’s a concussion for Hill. He was limited in practice on Wednesday.

The only player to miss the workout, offensive lineman Nick Easton.

Others limited on Wednesday: Marcus Williams (ankle), Josh Hill (hand), JT Gray (shoulder), and Trey Hendrickson (neck).

Michael Thomas could come off injured reserve this week. He was spotted at practice on Wednesday during stretching.

Coach Payton was asked about the receivers health Wednesday morning.

“I’m going to see what this week holds currently. He’s still on reserve/injured. I know he’s been working at it, trying to get back. But we’ll get a better feel this week to the progress he’s made. Hopefully that’s significant,” said Payton.

Alvin Kamara is still on the COVID-19 list, but Latavius Murray, Dwayne Washington and Michael Burton returned after having contact with Kamara. All three missed the Panthers game.
