NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - The New Orleans Saints run to a possible second Super Bowl title will start Sunday when they host the Chicago Bears at 3:40 p.m. The NFL is dubbing the first weekend of the playoffs, “Super Wild Card Weekend.”

New Orleans (12-4) enters the contest as the 2-seed in the NFC. The Bears (8-8) backed into the playoffs as the 7th-seed. Chicago finished the regular season with a loss to the Packers, 35-16.

There’s a chance Alvin Kamara can suit up for the Saints on Sunday. The running back will be away from the team for 10 days when Sunday arrives. The NFL allows players to return after 10 days, but he must remain symptom-free.

The Saints are 9.5-point favorites over the Bears. New Orleans beat Chicago in the regular season on Nov. 1, 26-23 in overtime.
