BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Former LSU wide receiver Justin Jefferson and guard Damien Lewis have been named starters on PFF’s 2020 NFL All-Rookie Team.
Jefferson, who plays for the Minnesota Vikings, set a new NFL record for receiving yards by a rookie. He finished the season with 1,400. He also holds the record for most receptions by a Vikings rookie receiver with 88 and the franchise record for most 100-yard receiving games by a rookie with seven. Jefferson scored seven touchdowns this season.
Lewis, who plays for the Seattle Seahawks, started the entire regular season. PFF gave him an 81.5 run-blocking grade.
Saints tight end Adam Trautman had the highest grade in his group (79.2), according to PFF. He caught 15 passes for 171 yards and one touchdown.
