SWLA overwhelmlingy votes for Pres. Trump

LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - Like most of the country, SWLA had it’s sights focused on the Presidential election between Pres. Donald Trump (R) and former Vice President Joe Biden (D).

Louisiana had a record turnout for the 2020 election, and SWLA was key in that.

Here are the results from the Presidential election in SWLA:

· Allen - 77% Trump, 21% Biden, 1% Jorgensen

· Beauregard - 83% Trump, 16% Biden, 1% Jorgensen

· Calcasieu - 73% Trump, 24% Biden, 2% Jorgensen

· Cameron - 91% Trump, 8% Biden, 1% Jorgensen

· Jefferson Davis - 77% Trump, 22% Biden, 1% Jorgensen

· Vernon - 82% Trump, 17% Biden, 1% Jorgensen
