Suspect in custody after SWAT standoff in Slidell; shots fired

NEW ORLEANS, La. (WVUE) -One person is in custody after a SWAT standoff in the Country Club subdivision.
Slidell Police say the standoff occurred on Northam Ct.
The suspect is in custody. The scene is still active, but there is no threat to the public at this time.
If you live in the area, remain clear from the area investigators are still working the scene.
The name of the person arrested was not immediately available.
