Boil advisory lifted in Sulphur
SULPHUR, La. (KPLC) - The City of Sulphur has lifted its boil advisory after water samples tested negative for coliform bacteria.
The samples were tested by the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals.
The precautionary boil advisory was put into effect on Sept. 30, 2019, after a 12-inch water line break on Savoy Street. The affected areas were from Beglis Parkway to Prater Road and Burton Street to Maplewood Drive.
