Budweiser partners with Lyft to offer SWLA $15 credits towards rides on New Year’s Eve

LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) - Budweiser and Lyft have collaborated to prevent drunk driving on New Year’s Eve, according to Calcasieu Info’s website.

Both companies are offering a $15 credit drivers can use to ride home safely in Southwest Louisiana. If you live in Lake Charles, Moss Bluff, Iowa, or Sulphur, then you’ve got a chance to score a ride.

Here’s how it works: download the Lyft app on your iPhone or Android, tap the left-hand corner and select “Promos”, then enter the promo code BUDNEWYEARRIDE18 before you request your ride.

The promotion started on Dec. 30 at midnight and ends on Jan. 1 at 11:30 p.m.
