These classes are especially designed to meet the needs of members of any age range recovering from illness or injury, or the deconditioned needing to start with a lower level of exercise.
The emphasis is on safe, healthy exercise and social activity. Every year our seniors get together for two, covered dish luncheons, an ice cream social, and community service projects.

AQUATICS This is a safe, non-jarring cardiovascular exercise that will improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. It involves the use of low-impact movements in waist-to-chest deep water. (ALL LEVELS)
AQUAFIT This is a safe, non-jarring water aerobics program of low-impact exercises in wait-to-chest deep water. Designed to improve coordication, range-of-motion, strength and flexibility. A variety of equipment is used as well as inspiring music. (ALL LEVELS)
