Man Accused of Killing Wife

A DeQuincy man is accused of killing his wife. Friday afternoon the Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Department was called to a home on Roland Barrow Road. Inside they found the body of 65 year old Barbara Barrow. Investigators found evidence leading them to believe that the victim had been strangled. Her husband, 64 year old Roland Barrow, was brought to the Beauregard Parish Jail where investigators say he admitted to choking his wife. Roland Barrow was charged with second degree murder and booked into the Beauregard Parish Jail.
