Marilyn's Heavenly Angel Food Cake

1 Sugar Free Angel Food cake - baked according to directions on package

Mix together:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Splenda
1/3 cup fresh strawberries
3/4 cup ripe bananas
1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Puree 1/3 cup strawberries and combine with sour cream and Splenda.  Fold in sliced bananas and 1/2 cup sliced strawberries.  Whip heavy cream until fluffy and fold into mixture.

Cut cake horizontally into thirds.  Spread 1/3 of mixture onto first layer, add next cake layer and 1/3 mixture, then last layer and the remaining mixture.  Decorate with a few strawberries and enjoy!
