An update now on a story 7 News first brought you last week. You may remember the story on LMS Contracting. The company was the subject of complaints of taking large sums of money up front, then not completing the work. According to the Calcasieu District Attorney's Office, the owner 41-year-old Josef Cash Junior, has been charged with one count of theft over $500 in connection with a work contract. Cash was booked into the Calcasieu Parish Jail Wednesday afternoon. Bond has been set at $10,000.
