Aaron A. Clavier

Aaron Anthony Clavier, 7, son of Donald and Michelle Clavier passed away at 1:45 a.m. Tuesday, March 28, 2006, in his residence surrounded by his loving parents and family.

Aaron was truly an angel on Earth. He was a child of strong faith, and he believed in Jesus. He never met a stranger, and those he did meet were touched by his wonderful personality. Aaron was a 1st grade honor student at Frasch Elementary School. He was also involved in Upward Basketball and T-ball. Aaron was a very happy and loving child who had the ability to make anyone smile and laugh. He was a strong and brave boy. He underwent alot during his illness, and not once did he ever complain. Aaron will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Survivors include his loving parents; two loving sisters, Amanda and Amie Clavier; paternal grandparents, Tony and Della Clavier; paternal great-grandmother, Marie Clavier; 11 aunts and uncles, Janet and Ricky Dowden, Myra and Larry Wise, Ronald and Becky Clavier, Darrell and Stephanie Clavier, Tara and Jason Barnes, Vanessa Clavier, and 14 cousins, all of Sulphur; Godparents, Susan and Karl Guidry of Carencro; and a special family friend, Jodi Bourgeois. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Euella Abshire; and maternal great-grandmother, Edna Broussard.
His funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday, March 31, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. The Rev. Bobby Leger will officiate. Burial will be in Mimosa Pines Cemetery South in Carlyss. Visitation is from 4-9 p.m. today, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, and 8 a.m. until the time of service Friday in the funeral home. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.mem.com.
