Washington Redskin rookie wide receiver Trey Quinn left the Redskins' preseason opener vs. the Patriots after taking a big hit from Patriots cornerback Ryan Lewis. Quinn was taken to the locker room and evaluated for a stomach injury according to the Washington Redskins.
On a positive injury note, wide receiver Trey Quinn returned to practice in full today, coming off of a stomach injury on a wild hit during the preseason game against the Patriots. He caught every ball thrown in his direction, and caught the attention of Gruden after sustaining a long drive with Colt McCoy on 11-on-11 drills.
Washington's next preseason game is set for Thursday vs. the New York Jets.
