Lee A Citizen, III, 23, Lake Charles: Produce, manufacture, distribute or possess with intent schedule I narcotic, possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies, illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in the presence of persons under seventeen years of age, illegal carrying of weapons, during the commission of a crime or in presence of CDS.

Barry Wayne Brooks,31, Lake Charles: Possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies, possession of marijuana; first offense, illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in the presence of persons under seventeen years of age. Bond: $18,500.

Robert Lawrence Stoddard, 21, Sulphur: Direct contempt of court, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, schedule II, prohibited acts; drug paraphernalia. Bond: $3,000.

Frances Rashad Leger, 25, Lake Charles: Domestic abuse battery; child endangerment, theft less than $1,000, false imprisonment, aggravated flight from an officer, reckless operation. Bond: $8,000.

Kenneth Dawayne Williams, 32, Beaumont, TX: Second degree murder. Bond: $100,000.

Chad Alan Broussard, 32, Lake Charles: Operating while intoxicated; fourth offense, first degree vehicular negligent injuring. Bond: Serving time in parish jail.

Gareth Lynn Leblanc, 58, Lake Charles: illegal possession of stolen things less than $1,000, illegal possession of stolen things from $1,000 but less than $5,000, no seat belt. Bond: $2,600.

Terry Wade Guillory, 37, Ragley: Direct contempt of court. Bond: Serving parish time.

    A former Oakdale Police Officer has been arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of alcoholic beverage in a vehicle, and vehicular homicide.  22-year-old Jerron Willis was booked in the Allen Parish Jail on Saturday at 4:32 a.m. Oakdale Police Chief Joseph Locket says the department parted ways with Willis two weeks ago.     Four police officers were allegedly refused service at a Jennings Waffle House Saturday morning, according to Police Chief Danny Semmes. A Facebook post made by an officer said that they were refused service simply because they are police officers. It has been shared over 800 times.
