The college football season starts in less than a 100 days, but Vegas already is weighing in on how the 2018 season will play out.
College football win totals from Vegas are out. #LSU over/under on wins in 7. I say they get more than 7. #Tulane is at 5.5 wins, I say the Wave get 6. Least shocking, they have #Alabama at 11 wins. One of the Vegas casinos released their over/under predictions for the upcoming season, and it doesn't look good for LSU or Tulane.
LSU sits at seven wins according to the casinos. Many consider LSU an underdog in their opener. One Internet sportsbook installed the Tigers as three-point underdogs to the Hurricanes.
You could point to such a low win total with uncertainty at the quarterback spot. Four quarterbacks are vying for the top spot this Fall. Transfer Joe Burrow, Myles Brennan, Lowell Narcisse, and Justin McMillan are all fighting for the starting role.
Tulane is predicted to win 5.5 games by the "guys in the desert." You need six wins to receive a bowl invitation. Last season, the Wave won five games. Tulane opens the season at home against Wake Forest.
