Source: Arbitrator rules in favor of NFL on Mark Ingram's suspension

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -

Saints running back Mark Ingram was waiting on an arbitrator’s opinion on his four-game suspension, a league source told FOX 8 sports. That opinion was due in ten days.

However, a source says that the suspension will be upheld. Ingram and his attorney waiting to get the official word from the NFL.

Ingram's agent, David W. Jones, sent out a statement Wednesday morning.

Ingram was suspended for the first quarter of the season for violating the league’s performance enhancing drug policy.

He rushed for over 1,100 yards and 12 touchdowns during his 2017 NFL Pro-Bowl season.

    The suspect in a homicide in Topsy has been captured by authorities in Jefferson County, Texas, according to Chief Deputy Christopher Ivey.  David Wade Clark, 28, was the main suspect in the Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff's Office investigation into the death of Devin Marc Sanders on August 10, 2018, in Topsy, Louisiana. Just before noon on Aug. 14, the Lake Charles Police Department found Clark's truck in the Big Lots parking lot on Highway 14, said Ivey.  ...
