Garett Denechaud Nash, 24, Sulphur: Operating vehicle while intoxicated.

Thomas Joseph Young, 37, Elton: Riding on roadways and bicycle paths, possession of drugs. Bond: $10,000.

Mark Timohty Roberts, 26, Beaumont, TX: Out-of-state detainer.

Christopher T. Sitton, 43, Baton Rouge: Harassment, cyberstalking. Bond: $35,000

Gabriel Lee Reed, 30, Lake Charles: Attempted simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling. Bond: $40,000.

Megan Brooke Lawrence, 17, Lake Charles: Possession of a drugs, first-offense possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $11,000.

Codey Dwayne Janice, 27, Benton: Probation violation.

Billie Jean Ryan, 20, Lake Charles: ARDC detainer.

Jiron Lee Fowler, 17, Lake Charles: Disturbing the peace. Bond: $250.

Derek Lynn Gallolway, 36, Merryville: Battery, simple criminal damage to property. Bond: $15,000.

John Reed Weber, 43, Sulphur: Possession of drugs, creation or operation of a clandestine laboratory, theft.

Tyler Glenn King, 22, Sulphur: Illegal possession of stolen things.

Anthony Joseph Dartez, 41, Lake Charles: Federal detainer.

Barron Demone Wilson, 47, Lake Charles: Operating a vehicle while under suspension, possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicle, turning violation, headlamp violation, operating a vehicle while license is suspended. Bond: $25,750.

Sonny Lee Carey, 46, Sulphur: Theft.

Pamela Marie Broussard, 38, Kaplan: Instate detainer, operating vehicle while license is suspended, traffic control signals, direct contempt of court.

Mitchell Crooks, 30, Orange, TX: Direct contempt of court.

Lainie Marie Bellow, 21, Lake Charles: Probation violation.

Stephen Miquel Simien, 36, Lake Charles: Flight from officer, no motor vehicle insurance, possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicle, owner to secure registration, operating vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $1,850.

    The city buried a time capsule at the final event of the year-long Sesquicentennial Celebration in Lake Charles. A time capsule was buried on the grounds of 1911 Historic City Hall. The items buried include letters from various officials, a video message and highlight video, a McNeese football mini-helmet, and several books on the city's history.
