TRAFFIC: Accident on 171 sends four to hospital

LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) -

Four people were sent to the hospital following an accident near the intersection of U.S. 171 and Conoco Street Friday night, authorities with the Lake Charles Police Department said.

The wreck happened around 6:30 p.m.

There was no immediate word on the extent of the injuries.
