  • ham - julienne sliced
  • diced onion
  • flour
  • seasonings
  • white wine
  • heavy cream
  • noodles

Saute' chicken until golden brown.  Remove and in the same pan saute' onions and mushrooms.  Deglase with wine, add heavy cream and place chicken back in pan.  Simmer until done.  Place on top of boiled fetticinni noodles.
