Good Morning. Britney Glaser here with a look at what's coming up on 7News Sunrise.

A Lake Charles man is facing charges this morning after allegations he financially exploited a local judge.

There's a news of a surge in the number of human trafficking cases in Louisiana.

A grand jury handed down indictments for the suspects accused in the April 6 shooting on Tulip Street in Lake Charles, which left one person dead and three others injured.

Officers from various agencies went on the hunt this week for convicted felons during a warrant sweep across Southwest Louisiana.

A local farmers market is expanding for residents who live on the south end of Lake Charles.

Saturday's rain threat means changes to the Sesquicentennial celebrations in Lake Charles.

Plus, the fifth annual Dragon Boat Race will be held at  9 a.m. Saturday, April 22. About 30 teams will compete in the race. Everyone is invited out to the Lake Charles Civic Center Seawall to watch the races.

And the next President of McNeese State University says his main goal is to boost enrollment.

In weather, temperatures will again start off very warm and humid with fog not as much of a concern this morning thanks to winds keeping the atmosphere mixed up a bit more than previous mornings. Look for a return of some sunshine which could give way to a couple of isolated coastal showers later this morning, with the rain chances only at 20% today. Meteorologist Ben Terry will have the latest in your 'First Alert Forecast.'
