LOUISIANA (KPLC) -

Water has receded enough to allow all lanes of Interstate 10 to be reopened Friday evening, state police confirm.

There was a delay in opening the eastbound direction due to road repairs but those repairs have been completed and traffic is flowing smoothly both eastbound and westbound.
