Cajun Music and Food Festival happening this weekend

LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) - The 28th Annual Cajun Music and Food Festival began Friday, July 17 and lasts through Sunday, July 19.

The event will be held at Burton Complex from 4-11 p.m. on Friday, 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday and 8-11 a.m. on Sunday.

Admission is $8 for adults. Children ages 12 or under get in free.

Activities include live music, live auctions, silent auctions, cake walks, art and craft vendors and children's games.

Performers will include Lesa Cormier and the Sundown Playboys, Chris Miller & Bayou Roots, Geno Delafose & the French Rockin' Boogie and more.
