The Interstate 10 rest stop in the Vinton/Toomey area will receive a $16 million dollar renovation. KPLC's Scottie Hunter is checking on what the project will include. Look for his report at noon. You can also learn more HERE.

    Welsh police have identified a man who was shot early Monday morning in Welsh. Nehemiah Gray, 25, was shot and killed just after midnight on the 200 block of Coleman Street.
