Candlelight vigil held in Lake Charles woman's death

A Lake Charles man remains jailed facing a charge of 2nd degree murder in his girlfriend's death. Tonight, the victim's family held a candlelight vigil with a message. We'll have their emotional story about domestic violence awareness.

Plus, a 6-year-old Westlake girl diagnosed with diabetes gets a four-legged guardian angel. KPLC's Monica Grimaldo shows you how the girl's new dog is helping monitor her health.

Also, a nearly 50 year tradition continued this weekend in the town of Basile. KPLC's Erika Ferrando takes us to the Swine Festival, where they celebrate everything pig.
