This is Home Tour brings Sunrise to Allen Parish!

Good Wednesday morning to you!  Britney Glaser here with a look at what's in store on today's Sunrise:

*As KPLC continues 60th anniversary celebrations, our This is Home Tour is stopping in Allen Parish today!  John Bridges and I will be live at the Leatherwood Museum in Oakdale and would love it if you stopped by to say hello!

*Our live interviews include Hunter Armstrong, curator of the Leatherwood Museum and Tourist Commission Director Adagria Haddock.  We will also be talking to Keagan LeJeune about the Myths and Legends Byway, and James Hamilston with Coushatta Casino Resort.

*Back in the studio, Charlie Haldeman will be manning the news desk and bring you today's top stories, including the latest information on a second healthcare worker in Dallas who contracted Ebola.

*For the first time, Senator Mary Landrieu, Congressman Bill Cassidy and Rob Maness squared off against each other in the debate.  We'll break down the biggest issues and tell you when to catch the next debate on KPLC.

Make it a Sunrise day!

For the rest today, the rain chances remain high at 70% through the afternoon. Most of the rain will be to our west over in Texas, and along the Sabine River. There will not be as much rain in places to our east. Parishes like Allen, and Jeff Davis may only see some drizzle and light rain at times. Western Cameron, Calcasieu, Beauregard, and western Vernon parishes will likely have more rain throughout the day. This will be mostly rain, with storms unlikely.
