Vegetable side, Roasted Okra

Ingredients:

  • about 32 pods of okra
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Mrs. Dash
  • 1/2 Lemon

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degreesFahrenheitt
  2. Slice okra into 1/3 of an inch pieces
  3. Cover baking sheet with foil
  4. Spread okra pieces across baking sheet
  5. Drizzle olive oil over okra
  6. Sift Mrs. Dash seasoning over the okra
  7. Put in the oven for 10-15 minutes
  8. Add lemon juice on top of okra.
