Local business named one of nation's fastest growing

A local business in Lake Charles was named one of the fastest growing private companies in the nation.

Advanced Office Products began more than 20 years ago, and it steadily grew. It was listed on the Inc. 5,000 list with the nations fastest growing businesses. It fell at number 3,510 in the nation and has a revenue growth of 94 percent from 2010 until 2013.

Owner Scott Greene started the business, and works side-by-side with his son, Brandon Greene, who said, "He had worked for different companies so he had learned the ins-and-outs of companies and the ambition he brought, he had the failures not an option attitude so he gave it 110 percent every day."

Advanced Office Products offers document management and I.T. and networking services to residents of Southwest Louisiana.
