LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) -

An 18-year-old Lake Charles man has been accused of forcing a woman to perform sex acts at gunpoint, city police said.

Deputy Chief Mark Kraus said Javonta Harrison was arrested early Friday morning on charges of aggravated rape, aggravated burglary, burglary of a vehicle and illegal use weapons and theft.

"The victim advised she was forced to perform sexual acts by (an armed man)," Kraus said in a news release. "After the suspect left, the victim called 911 and was able to give a physical description of the offender. Ten minutes later, Corporal David Bray located a subject fitting the description in the area."

Kraus said the victim was able to make a positive identification.

Bond was set at $1.14 million.
