LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) -

A 56-year-old Lake Charles man accused of sexually assaulting a teenage boy was indicted on Thursday.

Marshall Joseph Ledee Jr. is facing three charges of carnal knowledge of a juvenile and one count of contributing to the delinquency of juveniles.

Ledee was arrested in May by the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office.

Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Kim Myers said Ledee "enticed, aided and permitted the boy to remain away from home and at Ledee's residence for approximately three weeks without the authority of the juvenile's guardian."

Ledee remains in the Calcasieu Correctional Center on a $60,000 bond.
