Hiccup in LA school zone law, West Nile death, remembering Robin Williams

*The new state law banning people from using cell phones while driving through a school zone was supposed to take effect by now, but the law can only be enforced if there is a sign posted at the school zone warning people of the ban.  We'll tell you what that means for drivers in Southwest Louisiana.

*The Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals confirms the state's second West Nile death.  Hear how many cases have been reported this year and where the neuroinvasive disease cases have been seen.
