"It's a dream come true for him, also for myself and my family, the Fontenot family. This is something that is inherited with the family, the blood line, so it's really feeling good just to see him play. Win or lose it's a win for the South Lake Charles little league all-star team the 12 year old all stars. This is something they have been working very very hard for since the age of 9 years old, along with both coaches, Scott Meche and Mr. Pat Milligan." -Jennifer Miller

For the rest of today we will continue to see cloudy skies and not many breaks in the clouds. The front that came to us yesterday has stalled and is moving back to the north. This will take just about all of the rain up with it. Therefore, we should not see as much rain today. There could still be a few small showers, but not everyone will see rain. Temperatures will be warm once again, and will reach the upper 70s, near 80 degrees.
