GREENVILLE, TX (KLTV) -

An East Texas attorney has been arrested and charged with murder.

Royal Lynn Mullins, 61, of Greenville, was booked in the Hunt County Jail Wednesday on a charge of murder.

The Hunt County Sheriff’s Office said Mullins is booked on a charge from the Greenville Police Department.

Greenville police said their officers were called to a location in the 3800 block of Spencer Street around 1a.m. Wednesday. When they arrived, they found Curtis Wayne Gray, 48, dead at the scene, from a gunshot wound. Records in the Hunt County Jail show Mullins was booked into the jail on a murder charge on July 30 and he is being held on $150,000 bond.

According to the State Bar of Texas, Mullins is based in Greenville at his own firm. He has been licensed in Texas since graduating from the University of Texas Law School in 1986.

In this week's edition of "Christian's Cajun Adventures," KPLC's Christian Piekos spent time on a commercial crabbing vessel. Christian was assisted by Roger Kelly, a veteran crabber.

Kelly, who also goes by the nickname "Snoopy," has been catching crab since a very young age. It seems like rudimentary work, but Kelly couldn't be happier with his job.
