EUNICE, LA (KPLC) -  Acadia Parish sheriffs arrested two people after investigating a report of possible child abuse.

Robert Boulet, 25, and Brandi Boulet, 32, of Eunice each were charged with three counts of aggravated battery and one count of simple battery.

Sheriff Wayne Melancon said his office received a report of possible child abuse on June 29th. After reviewing the evidence, investigators obtained warrants for both Boulets.

Bond is set for each at $23,000.
