BOWLING GREEN, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Police in Bowling Green are investigating a burglary from a home where several items were stolen, including two guns.

The theft occurred July 4 on Darlyn Street, and police say they don't currently have any suspects in the case. In addition to two shotguns, about $20,000 worth of collectible coins were taken, as well as some imported liquor.

Neighbors in the area say they're worried this could happen to them, while police are concerned with the fact that the thief has two shotguns.

"We're concerned about having those guns in public by someone that would be willing to steal them," said Lt. Bradley Biller with the Bowling Green Police. "We could probably make the leap that that person's probably not going to be a responsible possessor of those firearms."

Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to call the Wood County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-54-CRIME (27463).
