LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) -

The annual Red, White, Blue and You Fourth of July celebration ended with a big fireworks display over the lake Friday night.

KPLC has provided the following video for the residents who were not able to make it out to the event.

    This year, more than 179 million Americans plan to partake in Halloween festivities, up from 171 million last year, spending is slated to reach a record high in survey history, according to the National Retail Federation (NRF).     Commonwealth LNG met with residents in Cameron Parish, Monday evening, to discuss its future project. Currently, Commonwealth LNG is in a federal approval process, but is expected to begin construction in 2019.
