Good morning!

Agnes DeRouen in the KPLC 7 Newsroom with a look at what we're working on for 7News@Noon.

It seems as though it's as regular as clockwork – big rigs turning over on I-10 near Opelousas Street in Lake Charles. Can anything stem the tide of accidents that tie up traffic for hours? We'll take a live look at noon.

What's killing ducks at the Oil and Gas Park in Jennings? In the last two weeks 8 ducks have been killed there and tourism officials have an idea as to what's happening. Find out at noon, and you can read more about it HERE.

Also today, a fight between a man and his homeowner's association about displaying an American flag in his flower garden. Now, the veteran could be forced out of his home if he doesn't pay up.

Plus, 33 years after considering it a lost cause, a man is on the verge of reuniting with his dream car – a special Corvette. More on the story HERE.

Ben tells me our rain chances remain high through tomorrow. He says rain will come in waves, and we'll pick up an additional 1-3 inches between now and Saturday. When will this soggy pattern change?  Check out Ben's live, local forecast at noon for the answer. You can also see the latest weather conditions HERE.

Remember, if you're away from the TV at noon, you can always tune in to kplctv.com to watch us online and your mobile device.

Have a great day everyone!
