LINDALE, TX (KLTV) - The Lindale Volunteer Fire Department and Lindale Fire Department Women’s Auxiliary will host a dinner and concert to benefit injured firefighter Joe Yeakley on Saturday night at the Lindale Fire Department.

Yeakley was seriously hurt on January 17 when a roof collapsed on him at an early morning house fire

Dinner will be from 5-7 p.m. and will include hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and drinks. There will also be a concert from 7-9 p.m. featuring Wayland Hicks and The Travelers.

The dinner and concert will be donation-only and there will be a bake sale and silent auction.

Organizers say you should bring lawn chairs with you. All proceeds will go to benefit Joe Yeakley.
