(RNN) - Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw threw a no-hitter Wednesday night against the Rockies.

Kershaw struck out 15, and the Dodgers won 8-0.

The only baserunner allowed reached on shortshop Hanley Ramirez's error in the seventh inning.

Fellow Dodger Josh Beckett threw the last no-hitter on May 25 against the Phillies.
