The Daily Hundred is rebranding itself with a new name and logo while it builds its brand as the platform that helps companies utilize their incentivized word-of-mouth platform, founder Nick Haase announced at the June 4th One Million Cups Orlando presentation.

Orlando FL – As of June 9, The Daily Hundred is known as Loot! The company allows businesses to create custom campaigns and reward customers with cash, prizes and gift cards for engaging with their favorite brands on social media.

“Word of mouth advertising is obviously every marketer’s dream,” said Haase. “But how do we get that to scale? How do we get that in a way that can be managed and brought to people beyond that top-level, celebrity influence? That’s what we (Loot!) did.”

The Florida Music Festival was one company Loot! worked with to spread a successful campaign. In less than 90 days before the event, the festival increased their advanced ticket sales by 30 percent, 85,000 unique online visits and over 3,500 shares of the festival’s social media content on the Loot! platform.

During the presentation Haase also shared his challenges hiring staff with fellow entrepreneurs. “You have to kind of get used to hearing when someone is telling the truth and when someone is giving you kind of a … generic line,” Haase said. “A lot of that comes down to how you fine tune your job description and better filter out people who know what you’re looking for and really check into candidate’s references.”
