(RNN) - For a second straight day, severe weather, including large tornadoes throughout the Midwest on Tuesday.

Damage from severe storms was reported in southern Wisconsin early Tuesday and in areas of Cedar and Dixon counties in northwestern Nebraska late Tuesday.

In addition, severe storms damaged at least 20 homes in Angus, Ontario on Tuesday, according to CTV.

In the Madison, WI, area, suspected tornadoes have ripped off roofs, damaging homes and knocking down trees in Dane and Green counties, according to the National Weather Service.

The NWS warned of a risk of severe thunderstorms reaching from eastern Montana and Wyoming into the middle and upper Midwest and all the way to New York and New England, according to its 11:30 a.m. ET outlook.

Damaging wind, large hail and a few tornadoes were predicted for the West and Midwest regions. Strong wind and hail were listed as the primary threats from the Great Lakes region to the Northeast.

On Monday, destructive tornadoes - including rare twin tornadoes - killed two people in the Pilger, NE, area and injured at least 16 others, in addition to massive property damage.

The National Weather Service's outlook calls for a moderate risk of severe thunderstorms for Iowa, southern Wisconsin and northwest Illinois, and a smaller risk extends from the central and northern plains to the western Great Lakes region.

Tuesday's storms may be capable of producing damaging winds, large hail and a few tornadoes.
