Houston-bound jet diverted to Lake Charles Regional

A United Airlines jet bound for Houston was diverted to Lake Charles Monday afternoon.
The airline's web site confirms flight 223 from Newark, New Jersey landed at Lake Charles Regional Airport around 1:30pm for what the web site describes as aircraft maintenance.
We don't know what exactly caused the diversion or how many passengers the plane carried.
The airbus A-319 can carry up to 120 passengers and crew.
We do know the plane took off again about 2 hours after it touched down.
