Strong to severe storms have developed over portions of Southwest Louisiana this afternoon.
The severe weather warnings have expired, but the formation of strong storms continues over portions of Vernon, Allen and Beauregard parishes.
Any storm has the potential to produce quarter-sized hail, damaging winds and heavy rainfall as they slowly meander.
Reports have come in of pea to quarter-size hail in Ragley, Reeves and DeQuincy. If you can safely take any photos of wind damage or hail, please email them to the KPLC newsroom at email@example.com.
By later this evening, most of the storms will weaken with only a slight chance for a shower during the overnight hours tonight.
